Benjamin Bell has been a licensed title agent since 2010 and is third generation title in the Bell Family. His grandfather William Bell was the founder of Bell Title Co, a still very large and successful title company today in Michigan. His father founded Landtech Data Corporation, a title insurance closing software, which is still used by 1000s of title companies nationwide today. Benjamin attended the University of Mississippi and Florida Atlantic University before jumping into the title business in 2010. His years of family title experience and personal title experience make him a major asset in managing the entire closing from A-Z for our team.

Ryan Patrick Floyd graduated from the Coastal School of Law in 2012 specializing in both contract law and real estate law. Shifting to Title / Real Estate after a successful stretch working in the commercial energy + commercial real estate sectors negotiating multi-million dollar agreements, Mr. Floyd has moved towards more personalized and strategic real estate planning; assisting customers of Global Closing Company in matters ranging from defense of permit and zoning issues to defense of contract claims.

Originally from Maryland, Tony moved to Florida in 1999 to enter the real estate business. Tony attended Palm Beach Atlantic University and received a business degree in Organizational Management. The knowledge, he gained during his education has provided him with key skills to lead effectively.

Tony has successfully been coaching agents in the real estate business since 2002. Tony believes that relationships are the biggest goal in any transaction. He stands out with his skill in negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively helping agents grow their business.

Tony’s customers often describe him as proactive, knowledgeable, and a reliable real estate professional.

Tony’s students of real estate say that he leads with generosity and sincerity, while giving them all the tools to succeed in the industry investing in their business, like it was his own business. They say he is a wealth of knowledge.
